Upper Seaton Overview
Upper Seaton in Salcombe is a self-contained first and second floor flat of a substantial Victorian house which has recently been given a stunning facelift. It provides bright and airy accommodation with wonderful views over Salcombe including Batson, the Salcombe Lifeboat, Snapes Point and up towards the Southpool Creek.
Situated along Allenhayes Road, it is a perfect blend of tranquility and practicality (private parking on a shared driveway) but all within walking distance of the independent shops, restaurants and beautiful waterfront.
An outdoor dining area with charcoal barbecue and planted borders is a great place to enjoy a drink or supper on a balmy evening.
Climbing up the steps to your front door, you will enter into a beautifully bright open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with wooden floors throughout. The cool factor is high with stylish cushions, modern dining chairs and full height arched windows at either end of the room. The views are pretty special over Salcombe and changing all the time with the light, tides and weather! This room is a great place for entertaining with friends and family.
Stairs up to the second floor are where you’ll find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The stylish master bedroom (kingsize bed) has views over Salcombe and an en suite bath with shower overhead. Next door to this is probably the coolest single bed in Salcombe! There is a pull-out mattress underneath which can be set-up on request.
The third bedroom (double bed) is beautifully set-up and is adjacent to the marble floored family bathroom with shower cubicle.
Upper Seaton is offered with either our Salcombe Classic or Salcombe Luxe service. Salcombe Classic refers to a service level where you enjoy your holiday without any assistance from the Salcombe Finest team (although we are on call should anything crop up!) Salcombe Luxe delivers our exacting levels of service including daily maid service and complimentary concierge.
