Blackstone has incredible views across the water, overlooking East Portlemouth’s beautiful beaches, with panoramic views that span towards the sea and looking up the tidal estuary itself and across to Mill Bay.
And the position of Blackstone is simply perfect; right on the edge of the Salcombe estuary and on the site of the former Sunny Cliff Hotel.
There are two main bedrooms in the apartment; a master super king bedroom with harbour views, en suite shower room (where you can shower overlooking the water!) and a dressing room.
The second bedroom (also with estuary views) can be made up as either a twin or super king, and has its own en suite bathroom (bath with shower overhead).
The main open plan living area leads out onto the sunny terrace, and a sofa bed can be prepared for an additional two guests (please speak to the team about this for pricing). A separate shower room in the apartment serves as a bathroom for your additional guests or extra bathroom for visitors.
The gardens below the development are yours to explore and lead down to the waters edge and slipway. Please note that there are many steep steps down and children will need to be supervised.
The apartment is just a short walk from the centre of town so you are only minutes away from all the action. There is one parking space available with the apartment. The front door is down 4 steps from the parking area.
