Beechwood Overview

Beechwood sits along wooded cliffs above South Sands beach and the Salcombe estuary. 

Set within private gardens, Beechwood is an exceptional architect designed home with a beautiful floodlit swimming pool and extensive terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. This stylish family home sleeps 8-10 guests, perfect for a get together with family or friends looking for privacy without compromising on style and location.

The interior finishes are smart and functional and offer a unique and modern space of calm rich tones and textures with wood, concrete and tiles. 

It’s only when you arrive at the property that you can fully appreciate the location and design of the house. Accessed via an elevated walkway from the drive to the central entrance hall on the first floor, this is the hub of the home with a smart contemporary kitchen and dining area with plenty of room to comfortably seat 10 guests.

Discreet glazing separates the living and dining areas and there’s plenty of comfortable sofas to accommodate all guests. In addition, there’s a separate comfortable TV room, perfect for teens and children. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. 

This really is a secluded spot which lends itself to alfresco dining around the pool. The smart contemporary interiors are enclosed by stylish floor to ceiling windows which open up on the first floor balcony and from the ground floor bedrooms onto the terraces. 

If you’re looking for a beautiful, contemporary home in a fabulous location, Beechwood certainly ticks all the boxes… simply arrive, unpack and enjoy!

There is a safety cover for the swimming pool but guests should always keep children under close supervision. 

Babes in arms welcome but not suitable for crawling babies or children under 4 years of age due to open sided staircase.

There are also external areas such as the top of the drive and the plant bed next to the pool where more caution needs to be taken as the drop is in excess of 2.5m.

Smoking not allowed inside.

No pets allowed.
