By placing an order on this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Under English law, we may not enter into a contract with any person under 18 years of age. By placing an order you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

The contents of our terms and conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
2. Our website
We reserve the right to change any of the contents of any part of this site, including these terms and conditions, at any time and without notice.
3. Prices, description and availability of goods
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Prices other than those in GBP are shown for guidance purposes only. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colour and texture may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
4. Payment methods
You may order online using a credit / debit card or paypal account. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
5. Delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and you get to choose the available delivery date. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale for any reason. The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time.
6. Payment
Once your order has been packaged and is ready for our carriers to collect, we will debit your credit/charge card on the same day we dispatch the order. We will require the postal code of where the credit/debit card is registered to. Should we not be able to collect payment for reasons outside of our control, we will not dispatch your order. Should this happen we will make every effort to contact you and advise you, however we accept no liability for any loss incurred due to the delay in dispatching your order.
7. Delivery
Orders are dispatched for “next day delivery”. Your package will be delivered between 8.00am and 5.00pm on your specified delivery date.
8. Accuracy of delivery details
You are responsible for giving us a full and correct address for all deliveries, including but not limited to the postcode. If our carriers are unable to deliver any order due to any error in the address, you will be charged for the order in full. Should you ask for your order to be left in a specific place (for example a garden shed or in your porch) and the carrier cannot obtain a signature to confirm the delivery of your order, it will be left at your own risk, we accept no liability for its loss or damage.
9. Our Guarantee
We aim to supply products of the highest standard; if you are not happy with the quality of our products, we will refund your money by the same method as payment was received. Whilst we make every effort to remove all shell from hand picked crab meat, please check thoroughly that there are no shell fragments remaining as no liability will be accepted by the company for any injury or loss as a result of these items.
10. Return of Non-perishable Items
If you wish to return a non-perishable item for any reason other than it not being of merchantable quality, you may do so at your own expense. We will refund the cost of the item less a handling charge of 10 per cent, as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as when we sent it to you.
11. Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order at any time up to the 9am on the day of dispatch. Any products that have been sourced specially for you (by prior agreement) will be charged for in full. If we are subsequently able to sell all or part of those items sourced specially we undertake to credit you in full for the value of those items.
12. Personal Details
We will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law.
